This is actually the first home-cooked meal that I have posted on my blog since the remake which is kind of ironic because my previous blog theme was cooking. This a ground beef taco salad and it is the impiety of fresh and simple. Its a salad with ground beef, jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado and a little Tapatio mixed in ranch for the dressing. I didn't cost it out because my mom made not me but if I had to guess probably around $4 dollars a person which is dirt cheap for a delicious meal like this. I am taking professional cooking this quarter at Cal Poly Pomona so there should be more meals cooked by yours truly so stay tuned hungry people.
